Step 1

Do You Qualify for the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program? In order to be eligible for Medical Marijuana, you need the following:

• Have already been diagnosed with one of the qualifying medical conditions
• A Valid PA state issued ID (License or PA State ID)

Step 2

Sign up for the PA Medical Marijuana Patient Registry and get a Patient ID Number. You’ll need:

• Valid PA Driver’s License OR State ID Card
• Create your PA Patient Profile (on your computer or laptop, the site isn’t very mobile friendly)

Step 3

Save your Patient ID Number. After you have created your PA Patient Profile in the Step 2, you will receive a Patient ID Number. Don’t lose it! You’ll need it for the Step 3 to make an appointment!

Schedule your appointment with a certified medical marijuana doctor. Why?

Step 5

Pre-Register to Expedite the Process! Use the link to fill out the registration forms prior to your appointment. You will also receive a link in your email after you schedule your appointment. It’s safe, easy, and secure!

And remember that Patient ID Number from Step 3? Have it handy so you can schedule your appointment!

Step 6

Finish up Your State Registration (Almost there!)

After your appointment, our doctors will review your information and update your file with the State.
In the meantime, use this link Pennsylvania Patient Login to log into your PA Patient Profile (login is from Step 2), complete your registration, and pay the state registration fee for your card. The PA Department of Health will send you the card in the mail! That’s it!
